Commitment & Transparency Pledge
At DroneGuard, protecting personal privacy is integral to every flight we launch. Our drones gather only the data required to fulfill a user‑initiated emergency request or to comply with a lawful public‑safety order. Live video streams in real time to the requesting user and is shared with dispatch or law‑enforcement only when the user authorizes it—or when a warrant or exigent‑circumstance order compels us. All footage is encrypted, held for a maximum of 30 days, and then automatically deleted unless preserved by court order or at the user’s request.
We never monetize or repurpose imagery for marketing, facial‑recognition training, or third‑party analytics. Every flight is logged with time, route, purpose, and retention status, and those anonymized logs feed our quarterly transparency reports, audited by an independent Community Oversight Board. By coupling rapid aerial response with rigorous privacy safeguards, DroneGuard delivers safety when it matters most—without compromising the civil liberties we are sworn to respect.
